General & Family Physician 's  Response
Diarrhea might be due to amoxicillin. Any abdominal pain should be thoroughly investigated to find cause.
Advice
1.     Take an over the counter probiotic such as Darolac sachet
2.     Investigations
1.     Ultrasound whole abdomen
2.     Complete blood count
3.     Serum bilirubin
4.     SGPT & SGOT
Consult a hospital with reports of above result.
