What Causes Severe Cramps In The Hands?

I have severe cramping of my hands. I can t open jars, tighten lids. Repetitive use makes them ache. I also have large muscle cramps of my legs, forearms and other areas of my body. Just wondering what could be causing it and what I can do to stop it.

Ok, abnormally high muscle tone. Typically the calcium is low. This is pretty common and can occur from a wide variety fo things; mostly medications. And it is quite easily tested for and treated. Low magnesium or a nerve problem are other possibilities. But it's the calcium
