What Causes Severe Cramps In Shin?
I have been experiencing drawing in my legs and feet, mostly in the shin and ankle area. I ve experienced this sporadically in my toes over the years, but never before in my shins and feet. One strange thing about it is that the best thing to relieve the pain and drawing is to relax (sometimes difficult due to the pain that accompanies the condition).

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm could be the reason and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, drink more water avoid long time standing position, hope this information helps, take care.
