I am 54 year old black female. Overweight (but working on it). I get finger cramps and ache so badly that i sometimes cannot use my hands. my shoulder gets ache in the joint. even my right foot ached for 2 days and i had to use a cane. they cannot find anything wrong. i have had blood work, bone density tests, xray of spine and back. i also have ache on lower back right hip buttock area sometimes that hurts badly. please advise and assist.
