I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.
Muscular cramps, in general are caused by low level of electrolytes(sodium and potassium) and low thyroid hormone level.
Conditions such as
diarrhea,
vomiting and sweating(like in your case) can lower the level of electrolytes.
In general muscular cramps is caused by overwork, stress and anxiety.
You need the following tests:
1. Doppler
ultrasound, to check the conditions of blood vessel in thigh.
2. Blood test(electrolytes count).
3. Glucose test, to exclude
Diabetes mellitus.
4. Urine test.
The results if these tests will determine the diagnosis.
