Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic bronchitis or pharyngitis or bronchectasis or un-resolving pneumonia etc. So get it done sputam for microscopy and culture sensitivity.

Use tablet deriphylline twice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet azithromycin 500 mg first day followed by 250 mg for four days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
