What Causes Severe Cough And Pain In The Neck Of A 4 Year Old?
My 4 year old is complaining of his "neck" hurting. He is running a fever- 101-101.5. He has a barking cough and some congestion. Now he has started complaining that his stomach is cramping. He had all of these symptoms before and was diagnosis with strep. Could that be what he has again?

Throat pain in the neck suggest infection might be streptoccocal again.
I would like to give amoxycillin for 5 days, along with cough syp and decongestent.
Use saline nasal drops to relieve congestion.
See your doctor and complete the course advised by him.
