What Causes Severe Constipation In An Infant?
Hello Sir I am having 1yr 8 month boy baby. He is suffering and strugllng to pass motion from pat 2 months we dried giving fruits vegetables and more water but the problem is not solved. Form these days a small lump in belly also has been noticed kindly advice how to treat immediately.

Welcome to HCM. I can understand ur concerns. May be his intestinal motility is slow that causes constipation. In such cases water from stools is absorbed too much in intestines and cause dry stools. Use Karo syrup 1teaspoon 3times a day uptil the issue is resolved.
Syrup Lactulose 2 teaspoon at night daily for 7days.
