What Causes Severe Chest Pain, Numbness In Arms, Hands And Face And Dizziness?

33 years old female caucasian tremendous chest pain numbness in arms and hands and face dizziness to the point of feeling faint. ECG, cat scan and blood clot tests have been applied and no issues are arising. all appears normal, however, symptoms are not lessening

I understand your concern but the symptoms provided do not account for anyting, if you could be more preciese as to when does the pain arise, on which side of the chest, which arm and which side of face, time of occurance and any paricular excercise or exertion triggering the pain.
Also if you have gone through a TMT.
