What Causes Severe Chest Pain Along With Rapid Heart Rate?

hi.my name is sadia and i just want to ask you some questions.some days before my friend told me day to smoke a little amounft of hash daily or gap of one day will reduce weigh.so i tried it/i smoke it thrice in two weeks,but after dat today my heart beats so fast as it comes out from my chest.i feeled pain in heart side lite pain in arms and drowsiness.after that i fell asleep of four hours than its about 8 hours ago i still feel not good.a little pain in heart.i m 31 yrs old height is 5 5 and weighs about 100 k.g.one year later i had a severe skin allergy and i wason steroids almost for one year

Understanding your concern.As per your query you have severe chest pain along with rapid heart rate. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like panic attack , cardiomyopathy , dehydration , autonomic instability , acid reflux or other heart related problem like irregular rhythm . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination without any delay to rule out serious heart problem . Doctor may order tests like ECG , TMT , complete blood lipid profile or echo cardiogram .Doctor may also order angiography . Doctor may prescribe sedative , beta blockers , aspirin and calcium channel blockers . Doctor may also recommend pacemaker for heart. Doctor may also recommend pacemaker. Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist or ENT specialist if doctor find this problem to be related ear or acid reflux respectively .
