Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to have elevated blood pressure. The normal for your age and sex is 110-130/60-90 mm of hg.Elevated blood pressure can cause increased cardiac work load which can precipitate/reduced blood supply leading to chest pain which can radiate to arm.I advice you to have a baseline EKG ,a screening 2 dimensional echo, and a tread mill testing.Antihypertensives are needed in your case to control blood pressure.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
