It seems that you have got urinary tract infection and if I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you with Nitrofurantoin if not allergic to. This is a good antibiotic for acute UTI. Plus take cranberry juice for relief of the symptoms you have. It helps relieve the symptoms of UTI. keep a good hygiene of the genitals too. Take plenty of fluids and water is the best flushing agent for urinary system. If you feel nothing works so good, consult a urologist for in-office evaluation and treatment.
