Endocrinologist 's  Response
Good day,
Noted your question and sorry to hear about them. It is not clear which pituitary hormone is high. However, your symptoms suggest that you may have Cushings syndrome. Could you provide me with the blood reports?
It is important to check your calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and PTH levels. Low vitamin D can cause changes in the above parameters which can cause severe body ache.
Dear, it is difficult to assess with out examining you. Have you seen an endocrinologist?
