Hello and greetings

Since patient is 69 years old and had recent knee replacement surgery, this could be the cause of instability in low limb joints which causes imbalance. Neuropathy adds to it. Age related muscle and joint weakness contributes to it.

Check blood sugar
Check blood pressure
Check hemoglobin level

Hope this helps

Thanks
