What Causes Severe Back Pain While Having Uterine Fibroids?

Spotting 3 days before period, had regular period, bleeding 7days after and still going a week later. Lots of back pain. Uterine fibroids. Is this normal with uterine fibroids. Is it possible to be pregnant? Is it positive to get a false negative pregnancy test from fibriods.
