What Causes Severe Back Ache Upon Sneezing?

I have had horrible back pain for several days. Over the weekend the pain started into my organs. I thought it was a kidney infection but the doctor told me today that my urine was clear and they just put me on pain medication. It hurts twice as bad when I sneeze or cough. Help I feel like there is more to this

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having back pain complaint

Stone or UTI suspected if along with back pain , urine burning like complaint also present...

USG scan will be beneficial in identifying any organic cause, if present

This pain mostly seems to be muscular strain pain..

For that ibuprofen can be taken for five days

Muscle relaxant if needed can be given

Avoid heavy weight lifting, prolonged standing, bending etc..

Hot compression useful

Physiotherapy also beneficial

Take care

Hope your concern solved

If improvement not seen orthopedic surgeon consultation for examination needed
