What Causes Severe Arm Pain While Having C7 Spinal Stenosis?

I have a stenosis of the C7 which is causing extreme pain to my right arm. At times unable to even pick up a pen or spoon to eat. Is there a way for it to heal without surgery. I m on a lot of anti inflamatory and pain killer tablets several times a day.

Hi,

The only two ways to heal it without surgery is with medical therapy which you have been on for a while and supportive treatment like neck collars, physiotherapy etc.

If these don't help, surgical intervention may be needed and surgical procedure may not be a major one so it preferably may be sought.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
