Its not easy and i appreciate your courage, The good thing is that the pain looks to be a mechanical one, this do occur not uncommonly with bad postures, or heave lifting, but mostly its self limiting , and resolve itself. In the light of normal ct scan , and no incontinence you do not need to be worried. Physiotherapy should be ok, as is heat application to relieve the pain. You can use some pain killer for the pain relief with some muscle relaxant . I hope this would be fine in little time.
