Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello there, I have gone through your query and yes you are suffering from panic attacks. Panic attacks are very common with anxiety disorder . They start abruptly and stop within few minutes either on their own or with help of medicines. You have not mentioned about your treatment details. If you have not started any medicines, I will strongly recommend you consulting a psychiatrist and start on anti anxiety pills. You may take tab clonazepam during acute panic attack but only after consulting your doctor. Apart from that spare some time for exercise, meditation, eat green vegetables and high fiber diet. All the best
