1. As the case is acute, thus;
. avoid chilies & sour food,
smoking & alcohol. stop irritant drugs like pain killers
2. take an opinion of Gastroenterologist or medicine specialist?
. done any investigation like
endoscopy, gastric analysis, hemoglobin?
. Avoid spices, tea/coffee, alcohol, smoking, unusual STRESS: Physical and/ or mental, pain killers/steroids?
LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT
. Do not lie down immediately after food.
. Head high position at night (during sleep)
. Take small nonbulky meals
. Bland and
soft diet, avoid chilies and sour or fatty food
. Stop smoking and alcohol intake
. Stop irritant drugs (pain killers)
. Take: green gram, bitter gourd, white gourd melon, old brown rice, piper longum,garlic, honey,amla,rice gruel, cucumber,banana, water melon, pomegranate,tomato, carrot,lukewarm water.
. Avoid: newly harvested rice,chick pea flour, black/horse gram,potato, brinjal,butter milk, spices,tea/coffee,junk food,day time sleeping,salt and salt items in excess(chutney,sauce,pickles,chips,namkeen), sesame.
. Mix 3 pinch dry ginger powder
3 pinch indian gooseberry powder
3 pinch sugar.... and eat for 1 month
. Drink 4 spoons of aegle marmelos leaves juice for 14 days
. Suck a piece of clove (for immediate relief)
. Suck 10 gm jaggery every day (after meals) for constant acidity.
