What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

I have been suffering with a great deal abdmonial pain the majority of my lfe -- I recently had to have 77cc of fluid taken off of my knee which has caused me more pain -- I recently received a telephone call from my physician regarding the blood tests I had takern which shows I have low levels of calcium and low sodium which I now am on 5000 Vitamin. I have been on Vitamin D before. I have chronic pancreatits; a mitral value problem, high blood pressure, a fracture of my T11 & T12 vetebrae that happened five years ago, suffer from migrane headaches, but no one can diagnois why there is so much abdmonial pain? I will see my physician on Thursday for a follow up. I just live with the pain but what concerns me today is the dizziness that I am experience. The pharmacist explained too me the low sodium A long list of problems that I have lived with. Arlene

With so many medical problems in a single patient I can think of a general disease like Tuberculosis, gastrointestinal cancer, IBS, some form of enteritis not responding to anything.
I would advise in such a patient the following :
Enteroclusis
CT scan of abdomen
Exploratory Laparoscopy or Laparotomy.
PRoper diagnosis will lead to a right treatment
