What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Diverticulitis?
I have had severs right lower Quadrant abdominal pain for the last 24 hours. The pain subsided some after a bowel movement but is back and radiating into my right low back. No appetite and nausea without vomiting. I had diverticulitis a few years ago and eat healthy. No nuts seeds or popcorn . Have been away due to a family emergency and stressed out. Should I go to the emergency room or wait and see if I can see my primary gomorrow. Pain is 8 of 10 at this time with pressure around my ascending colon.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptom could be due to intestinal infection and in my opinion this can be managed with single dose of Sacnidazole. Try to come out of the stress because it could be the cause of what the symptoms you have.
