What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps During Bowel Movement?

I have just started having painful cramps after every bowl movement. My BM s are regular - not constipated or daierrah. (sp?) or any bleeding. I have had a full blood panel and a CT scan at the emergency room. Dr. said everything looks normal. The cramps last a couple of hours after every movement and are sometimes quite painful.
