General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably the already opened can juice got bacterial overgrowth thereby giving you intestinal infection with gas producing bacterial and thus the cramps. I would advise you to not take any canned juices at the moment. Take electrolyte solution if you do not have diabetes or hypertension.

Take a PPI like Omeprazole and prebiotic and probiotics. Soft diet. Consult a doctor for clinical evaluation and investigations of stool and blood. Additional prescription based antibiotic if required. Complete the courses till cured well. Start making fresh fruit juices at home only.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
