What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Pinched Nerve In Back?

I am having severe lower abdominal pain. Feel urge to have a bowel movement Feels like severe abdominal Cramps (labor pains) not pregnant or on period. Feels really bad when I sit up or stand up. I ve tried midol and heating pad, walking around to see if it would go away. I also have a really bad pinch in my lower back on the right side

Thanks for the query under health care magic platform.
I understand your concern.
Y0u seem to have lumber spondylosis.. the nerves emerging out of these supply lower back/ bowels causing you the symptoms.
The treatment in acute pain is rest/ hot or ice packjs/ medications like NSAID pills/ injection of steroids.
Once acute symptoms are under control.. you would be treated by / physiotherapy./ surgery.
