What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Light Vaginal Spotting?
I m on the pill. I have forgotten to take it on the exact time a couple of times. I have had unprotected sex. Having terrible cramps the last few day, I always have bad period pain. Not a heavy period though. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was light pink? Could I be pregnant? Most likely? Or no?

Abnormal bleeding can occur if you take pills infrequently. Chances of pregnancy are low but I will suggest you to visit a gynecologist.
