My wife has secondary liver cancer. She recently has had her stomach bloat to the size of a basketball. several days in the hospital have given no results. Not enough fluid to drain, maybe gas, liver not enlarged that much. 4 doctors and no one can tell us what to do to rectify the situation. They sent her home and she is in extreme dis comfort. Simethicone was the recommendation. What can we do to help her stomach go down and ease her discomfort
