What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Frequent Urination?

my sister is all puffy and bloated. very unusual. started a few weeks ago when she said she was constipated and she took some aloe and it helped but lately she has been peeing a lot and she is all bloated everywhere not sure if what symptom that is - kidney? thyroid? what to check for?

no it is not thyroid , an abdominopelvic ultrasound could be made revealing masses compressing over the colon , complete urine analysis could reveal the presence of urinary tract infection with pus in urine analysis this is the most common cause of frequent urination.
