What Causes Several Episodes Of Dizziness During Working Hours?

Hi, I am 29 years old and a software Engineer. For the past 1 week I am having episodes of dizziness. It starts some 45 minutes after I sit and being work in office,my head feels heavy and goes away after sometime. It occurs during late evenings again, around 7.45 to 8pm and goes away while I leave work, usually 45 mins to 1 hour later. I don’t have any other health issues. Although I have a history of spondylosis of neck. In this case, the pain is local (i.e. only the neck), and doesn’t radiate or there are no symptoms of tingling sensation anywhere else in body. I am now worried what may be causing this. Could you please advise me on what needs to be done. Thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,welcome to healthmagic forum.
The most common cause of dizziness is hypotension.Other causes includes anemia, sinusitis(vertigo on stooping forwards),infections like urinary tract infection(other symptoms like dysurea can be absent). So first you can check your BP,do a complete blood count, and urine routine examination. Then only we need to think of other causes like spondylosis as the cause.Meanwhile, take plenty of oral fluids, and have enough fruits and veges.
I hope you will find this information useful.Thank you.
