What Causes Sensitivity In Scrotum And Low Hanging Testicle After A Surgery?

My husband had surgery on his scrotum to have fluid removed. Ever since then it hasn't been right. His nut has moved all the way down to the bottom of his sack and one side it is up High and tight and the side he had surgery on is hanging down midthigh. It is also sensitive to touch. His surgery was 6 months ago already...Please help

1.Left testis li bit lower than the right its normal variation seen in any individual.
2.since its a post operative case post operative changes can not be ruled out.
3.In that case an ultrasound scan can be requested - that will help the status of post operative site, testicles, presence and absence of inflammatory changes or recurrence of the collection, thickening of chord.
4.Vascularity will be checked for normal condition of the testis and chord.
5.Suggest to get an appointment and see your doc as possibilities of infection and complications are there. Good luck.
