What Causes Sensitivity And Bloating In Pelvic Area Post Miscarriage?

I had a Miscarriage a couple weeks ago and am currently having no problems, no more bleeding, but my pelvic area between hip bones below belly button is super sensitive and kind of bloated. Last Tuesday my Hcg levels he dropped from 90 to 40 after a week. Why am I having pressure and sensitivity? Could I be pregnant again?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with bloating of your lower abdomen with associated sensations following a previous miscarriage I am suggesting strongly that this is due to elasticity of the uterus which was enlarged during the pregnancy period and after the miscarriage it will gradually reduce in size to normacy

I hope this helps Regards
