Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of cold and congestion along with dizzy spells and spacy feeling can be due to Sinus infection or Sinusitis that can occur secondary to cold..
On the other hand sensitivity of the tooth that was previously filled seems to be due to re infection in the tooth or loss of filling..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view or MRI Scan of
sinuses can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen along with decongestants like Phenylephrine, decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline along with saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..

For sensitive tooth get an x ray done and evaluated by a dentist and treatment will depend upon the cause like re-filling of the tooth or root canal treatment depending on condition of tooth..
As of now you can apply desensitizing toothpaste over it for relief..
Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
