What Causes Sensitive Skin Around Pectoral Muscle And Back?
The skin around my right pectoral muscle around to my back along the same line has become very sensitive. It started with a pain in the pectoral muscle then the skin became overly sensitive around the area, my side and on the right side of my back along the same line (as if you drew a line from the pectoral around to my back). There is no rash or discoloration going on. What could cause this.
