I have a warm snesation in my right ear that comes and goes. It feels like there is warm fluid in my ear canal. As far as I can tell - no pattern. I did experience tmj on the same side about two weeks ago. My symtoms have been on and off for about a week or so. tmj is gone but now I get the hot ear thing...
