What Causes Sensation Of Lump In Throat And Blood In Phlegm?
Hello, I've had the sensation of a lump in my throat below the adam's apple for the past 2-3 weeks which is normally worse in the evening. I thought that it may be stress related however after attempting to massage the muscles there has been blood in my phlegm.

If it is inflammatory swelling from pharyngitis than not much trouble..
Blood in spit can occur in bronchitis like infection
But here as you are saying lump since three week, it needs to be evaluated properly
And in your case physical examination is must
Posterior pharynx examined and if needed local part x ray taken...
