What Causes Semen To Flow After Urination?

hi doc, my semens comes out after my urine rarely once a week, it comes like after i finish i urine, i could feel something comes out with some irritation and it finishes with in a minute. is this a problem?. Till now i have experienced twice and i don't mastrubate harldy had sex few times and i workout regularly in gym.

I understand your concern about discharge after passing urine.
It is usually a fluid of sex organs and tiny glands in the way of urine tube which may come out from penis while straining during defecation or after passing urine. It is not semen. This is normal thing, not a disease. No need to consult doctor for this.
Masturbation is akin to sexual intercourse. What penis does in vagina during sexual intercourse, same it does during masturbation in your folded palm.Sexual intercourse is not BAD HABIT, so also the masturbation. This is harmless when done for pleasure. It is not a disease.
Continue healthy diet and regular exercise.
