What Causes Semen Like Fluid Leakage During Bowel Movement?

today while i was doing number 2 i noticed that i dribbled about a spoonful of what seemed like ejaculate. I did strain to empty my bowels and felt like it was taking more stress than usual to completely feel emptied. I do take adderall almost daily 10mg. Im concerned and any and all help will be appreciated. thanks.
