What Causes Semen Leakage After Having Intercourse?

Hi sir.My name bharath i am facing a problem with my pennis. I use to mustrubate twice a day and recently when i had a sex with my girl friend i got to know my problem and it is very difficult tell. It is fully weak and daily at night times sperms will out . So, pls suggest me a solution it is very important to me and my future should’t be difficult of this matter

-Have communication with your partner to stop during over-excitement. This will help you delay ejaculation.
- You can try a different position during intercourse.
-Counseling/behavioral therapy help reduce anxiety related to premature ejaculation.
-There are also creams, gels, and a spray that may be used to treat premature ejaculation by reducing sensation.These medicines are applied to the penis before sex. condoms with pre-applied gels are also available in market.
