General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Because there were several episodes of seizures the child should be sent to the ER as soon as possible. A common cause of seizures in children that have rashes can be febrile seizures but these do not tend to repeat so anytime a child has repeated seizures it is crucial that they are seen by a doctor as soon as possible.
This is to determine the diagnosis and give the child the proper treatment. Also, if seizures repeat the child is at risk of status epilepticus which can be a medical emergency, so good monitoring in the hospital is required.

I hope this gives some answers to your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
