What Causes Seizures After Experiencing Concussions?

my son had a concussion about six weeks ago in a football game today he started having cold chills and severe forehead pressure and blurred vision . he says his eyes feel weird . after the concussion the next morning his eyes were locking in place and was having seizure activity .we had a cat scan run but results came back negative .is this normal activity after the effects of a concusion

Concussion injury may cause internal hemorrhage or concussional injury.

The injury to brain tissue leads to seizures. Antiepileptic medications needs to be continued. Brain MRI and EEG should be done.
