What Causes Seepage Of Clear Fluid From Urethra?

what would cause a clear, sticky, odorless seepage from the urethra? very little to no pain except every now and then there s a shooting sensation of pain that feels like it comes from behind the base, like between the scrotum and anus. and sometimes there s a numbness in my sides and lower back. i ve been irritable, unable to sleep restfully, and my chest feels tight with shortness of breath quite frequently.

1. It looks like you are suffering from urinary tract infection..
Uti..

2. If there is seepage without your knowledge then high chances that it's some kind of Urinary fistula, if this is not the symptom, then please neglect.

3. Infections sometimes, be clear like you have mentioned..

4. Suggest you to get these two tests. Basic ones...
A. Urine Routine and Microscopic examination
B. Urine Culture.

If possible, get Ultrasound Renal system..
