Leaking of nipples can take place following abortion, as during pregnancy, there would an activation and increased production of a hormone called prolactin . This hormone would stimulate breast enlargement and milk production. It takes sometime for the hormone to reach to basal levels following termination of pregnancy. In case it continues for a longer duration, you need to get your prolactin levels checked in blood. If it indicates that the levels are increased, medications namely dopamine agonists such as cabergoline or bromocriptine should be taken to overcome the same.
