Hello. For about 2-3months back some seed like, very small spots started to apear on my genetals, just above the penis(not on it). Looked alot like pimples too me, and I didnt care about that too much and just washed myself more thoroughly. After a while some more started to apear and I tried to squees one out and it was really hard. When I finally got it out, it looked like a seed and it started to bleed a lot. I´ve now gotten some more around my penis(still not on it) and a 2-3 down towards my legs. They are maybe 1-2 milimeters wide and look like pimpels, just a hint of white in them. They are a little bit red around them aswell. Thanks ! And sorry for my poor english.
