What Causes Scrotum Skin Contractions?

I have dealt with a contraction of the scrotum skin for pretty much my entire life. It is really prevalent when I have to have a bowel movement or if I just have stomach discomfort. When I wake up in the morning the scrotum is always normal until I get out of bed and start moving around. Shortly after getting up and moving around the condition begins. Is there a specialist I should see for tests? I am a 44 yr old male and in pretty good health. Thanks

Hello. This is really normal, just a little exaggerated in your case. There's no way this damages your testicles and it's just a natural reaction of your cremaster muscle to protect your testicles
