heloo- I am a 47 yr old female. I had lower back sx several years ago ( disk replacement)...things became worse after sx and I was eventually reffered to a pain clinic- after trial and error I was placed on a treatment plan that worked great- 60 mg Cymbalta sid and 5 mg hydrocodone 3-4 times a day- worked great. lost my job them my health ins and could no longer afford to go to clinic. that was 4 yrs ago and ive been ok until a year ago- along with the sciatica ( left leg) ive started getting burning icy hot sensations on my left thigh that have spread and both hips and right arm. left foot goes numb with ocassional warm water feeling in left foot. Pain recently spread to upper bak and weakness in both knees- low grade fever and intermittent sore thorat. also loss of appatit in past 2 week with weight loss.any suggestions?
