Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of scabs with red and yellow color on stomach and back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query contact dermatitis , eczema , dry skin, hair follicle infection by bacteria, eczema and erythema nodosum. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on scabs. You should avoid applying any cosmetic product except petroleum jelly , take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl and drink plenty of water. You should avoid touching or pricking these scabs. If condition doesn t get well the consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like blood test , allergy test and skin patch test to confirm the diagnosis .
