What Causes Scabs In Nose After Using Cocaine?

hi i used to take cocaine regularly years ago and my nose used to scab, i stopped takin it,, and i have just recently started to take it now and again only trouble is no matter how little i have my nose is ending up with these scabs what does this mean and does my nose now have permenant damage ?

Chronic cocaine abuse causes atrophic rhinitis, probably you're having it. Treatment of atrophic rhinitis includes removal of trigger and mild corticosteroid/anti histamine spray. Please consult an otolaryngorhinologist for clinical confirmation and treatment.
