What Causes Sagging Skin Below The Eyes?
My father who is 85 woke up with a clear fluid sac above his eyelid that sags down and its only one eye. My Aunt his sister had one above her eyelid and one under her eye that sagged to her cheek and then got sick when into the hospital and died so I never found out what caused that.

Most probably it could be a harmless eyelid swelling like a chalazion. Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.
If the size is large, it has to be drained. As of now, you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.
