What Causes Rumbling In Stomach?

I am diabetic, the left side of my stomach is rumbling. I have no appetite, and my stomach feels bruised. I am not digesting my food, and have heartburn all day long. I have been living on rolaids, and pepto bismol for a week. I have no vomiting, but am nauseous.

Hello,

I would suggest to rule out the biliary disease, and for that, you have to get done the ultrasonography, till then I would suggest starting the PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) and the best molecule is tablet Omeprazole once in a day, infection also needs to be ruled out.

Avoid taking fat-containing diet, spicy food, but to rule out the possibility of cholecystitis must hope this information helps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
