Hi welcome to HCM.
Your morning blood pressure seems to be on a very high note. This should warrant further work up in the form of a baseline EKG and a screening 2 dimensional echo.CT scan of the abdomen can be used to rule out the possibilities of secondary hypertension from diseased kidneys or adrenal gland. This blood pressure is hypertensive urgency and requires prompt treatment with antihypertensive drugs.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
